Submitted by Ritah Mutuku on Wed, 01/27/2010 - 14:41.Meet Ray Nyatome (Ray Aka Rabsari) and Dan Masika (Dandan Aka Babayao); the two rappers who make up One 2 Five.
The group’s name is derived from their transport route number.
“People residing in Rongai use public service transport means number 125,” explains Ray.
According to them, conscious hip-hop is all about issues that the youth as well as other adults can relate to such as unemployment, corruption, love as well as the effects of post election violence.

Holy Dave Hosts Listening Party

Gospel Hip Hop artiste Holy Dave will host a listening party for his debut album at Kula Korner, Hurlingham..He'll be performing the new songs on his album for the very first time at an event targeting only 200 people. There will also be guest appearances by featured artistes including Michelle, Kamlesh & Joey
